Thoughts on Spontaneity – consciously re-creating experience one interaction at a time.

Feeling safe (contained) is vital. Spontaneous action is a blast of energy. An explosion – think beautiful fireworks rather than bomb. I need to know that exploding/expressing my energy will be accepted for what it is. An honest communication. Hold in mind that safety is something that I create for myself.
