Our Methods

Forum Theatre

Forum Theatre brings everyday challenges to life through interactive performances. We create realistic scenarios based on your organisation's actual issues, allowing participants to actively engage, make decisions, and drive meaningful change in a safe environment.

How It Works

1

We identify key challenges and craft realistic scenarios

2

Our actors perform these scenarios while audiences participate, directing the action and exploring solutions

3

The group reflects on what worked and implements lasting change

3 by Three

Our foundation program, 3 by Three, offers a new way to navigate difficult interactions, particularly when emotions run high. This method helps you prepare for challenging situations through safe practice.

How It Works

1

We identify key challenges and craft realistic scenarios

2

We introduce participants to 3 psychological models which they can use as a framework for understanding the action

3

Our actors perform the scenarios while the audience uses the model to understand and explore solutions

Round Robin

Participants are actively involved in the action, taking turns to interact with the performers. This collaborative approach allows them to experiment with their ideas, receive real-time feedback from both the actors and the facilitator, and benefit from the input and support of their peers.

How It Works

1

The participant is introduced to the characters and the scenario.

2

Participants role-play the scenario, pause for feedback, then rerun it with a new participant using insights from before.

3

The group reflects on which approaches led to the best outcome

Small group

These interactions involve a one-on-one conversation between an actor and a participant, guided by a facilitator. The session is observed by up to three other participants, whose role is to offer ideas and strategies.

How It Works

1

The participant selects a scenario that presents a challenge for them.

2

An actor engages in a conversation with the participant, role-playing the scenario.

3

The actor, facilitator, and peers provide real-time feedback, allowing the participant to try different approaches.
