Communication is all.

Everyday successes and failures begin with effective communication, at work, on the playing field and in personal relationships. Interact Now creates interactive and immersive experiences to help tackle everyday challenges – all in a fun, safe and engaging way.

Professional facilitators, educators, psychotherapists and an ensemble of actors create a safe learning environment which reflects your situation. The learning is accessable, relatable and empowering.

The Interact Now approach is designed to challenge participants by encouraging them to take risks and, in doing so, discover strengths and weaknesses they may not be aware of. We take upskilling and awareness beyond textbook theory and allow participants to experience and feel what it’s like to put new skills and approaches into practice.

Life is messy – how do you imagine what could happen?

1 in 3 Australian workers have experienced workplace sexual harassment in the last five years*. Yet only 17% felt empowered to do something about it.

But what about 83% of people who don’t speak up? Team members feeling unable to come into work, poor performance, high staff turnover, not to mention the personal wellbeing of the team members… It’s costing the economy $3.8 billion a year and it’s costing your organisation the most valuable thing of all, it’s people.

Interact Now begining with it’s 3 by Three program helps your organisation address issues like sexual harassment, consent, racism and discrimination, and even substance abuse.

The time to act is now, because tomorrow might be too late.

Leadership Training

Interact Now runs workshops training potential, new and established leaders in the skills needed to effectively lead a team and organisation toward its goals and have the difficult conversations that happen along the way.

The leadership workshop I did with Interact Now was the most practical and relevant leadership training I’ve experienced. Joy combined both theory, reflection and most importantly actual practice in tough leadership situations. By using actors to role play difficult past and future scenarios, I was able to unpack ineffective approaches and iterate to optimise my approach. In the process Joy provides real-time coaching, and provides practical suggestions for alternative responses. I concluded with a deeper understanding of my impact on others, biases, values and a versatile tool-kit for navigating challenging leadership situations. I would highly recommend Interact Now.

The format kept us engaged and we walked out with increased awareness and a framework for thinking about what is going on around us. I highly recommend Joy’s work and this approach.”

“…the approach which dramatizes a relatable situation to engage attendees is very effective. I particularly found the actors’ reflections on the drivers of the characters they portray to be very powerful. I found the session so impactful that I have engaged Joy and her team to work with our entire staff and executive team on a number of topics as part of their ongoing professional development.”
